Made with the world’s most popular white spirit, Baijiu, known as Chinese firewater, the potions are sure to kick-start any evening. Choose the Baijiu Sling, a tasty mix of Tanqueray gin, cherry herring, Cointreau, Baijiu, Grenadine and pineapple juice; or the Baijiu Spitz, a heady fusion of Baijiu, Kamm & Sons, a dash of elderflower, lemon and Prosecco, just £9.50 each.
