HOME BASED TELEMARKETING – HONG KONG MARTKET
Experienced TELEMARKETING professional needed to join an expanding team for an international management consultancy.
In return for your drive to succeed you will be offered a basic salary and uncapped commission.

It’s vital that to recruit, develop, reward and inspire the people whose ideas, ambitions and energy constantly refresh Renoir’s competitive edge.
As part of that team the Telemarketer identifies potential clients and develops an effective rapport with CEO/C level decisions makers in order to secure meetings where Renoir’s unique abilities can be matched with the needs of the client.
Working from home and managed remotely you will be responsible for:
• Conducting outbound sales calls to Chief Executives of major companies based in Hong Kong
• Investigating and pursuing all new business opportunities
• Cold calling businesses in the target market
• Unearthing the potential for issues that a business may be facing
• Accurately input client data into our CRM system
In return for your dedication and commitment you will be rewarded with an excellent commission package which is designed to motivate and not to cap earnings.
Desired Skills and Experience
What we are looking for:
MUST BE FLUENT IN CANTONESE
• Experience with business to business telephone based sales
• Business development aptitude including outstanding negotiation skills, persuasive ability and excellent communication skills
• Experience in lead generation / sales environment
• Able to demonstrate past experience in achieving demanding sales targets
• Motivation to perform a 100% outbound telephone lead generation role on a long term career basis
• Personal organisation and drive to success
