Tim Ho Wan is a restaurant located in Hong Kong’s Sham Shui Po district. They start serving dim sum from 8am to 9.30pm every day. Cha Siu Baos (Steamed BBQ Pork Buns) are the most popular dim sum dish in the Tim Ho Wan restaurant. They are freshly cooked to order and steamed only for 10 minutes. They sell around 2000 cha siu baos a day. The dim sum chef takes great pride in making his dishes with years of experience perfecting the art. He says in the video that he is also good at making Cheung Fun which is another of his specialities.
