Yuǎn Zhìmíng, the contemporary philosopher and scholar, will be discussing the intersection of Eastern and Western cultures – 道(the Way), from his unique perspective. This eye-opening cultural talk will be hosted at the London School of Economics on Tuesday 17 September 2013. 

Yuǎn Zhìmíng has directed topical and documentary video series such as China’s Confession, The Cross – Jesus in China, The Gospel, Beyond and Heavenly Song. He is the author of many books including Lose Earth and Gain Heaven, Dialogues on Faith, Lao Tzu and The Bible, Tao Te Ching: Original Text and A Modern Translation, Short Subjects on Faith and China’s Confession, amongst others.
