Chinese New Year is the most important celebration amongst the holidays for Chinese and East Asians around the world. It falls on the first day of the first month in the Chinese calendar, and this year it will be on February 10th 2013, marking the start of Spring. The celebrations will start on Chinese new year’s eve with a family reunion meal and the festivities will come to an end on the 15th day (Lantern Festival).

Nee Hao Magazine will be holding a series of events in the UK and China, so everyone can have a chance to enjoy themselves and celebrate the year of the snake in style. We have collaborated with top event organisers for the British Chinese and East Asian community to bring you this special tour.
