Makes 450ml

Cooking time 10 minutes
Ingredients:
300ml tomato ketchup
200ml cold water
125ml red wine vinegar
300g brown sugar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 and half teaspoons mustard powder
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Method:
Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan and whisk well until the spices have distributed evenly and the sugar has dissolved. Bring to the boil then remove the pan from the heat and set aside to cool.
Store in a sealed container in the fridge and use within 2 weeks.
