Food writer, critic and presenter Tom Parker-Bowles will host fellow critic Giles Coren and restaurateur Alan Yau, the vision behind restaurants including Wagamama and Hakkasan, for an evening focused on Chinese food.

Looking at 20 years of evolution, from chop suey and sweet and sour pork to the rise of regional Sichuan and Cantonese styles, the trio will discuss how Britain’s attitudes to Chinese cuisine have changed.

With five cookbooks and a clutch of industry awards to his name, Tom Parker-Bowles need little introduction. The celebrated food critic has a lot to say about a lot of things, but he’s at his brilliant best when riffing on all things edible. Join the culinary titan as he shares his wisdom in what promises to be an enthralling 60 minutes.
