UK Chinese Business Association  President, Jimmy Zhang, along withSenior Vice Presidents Terry Ho and Zhong Xiaopin met with Vice President of Hunan Chamber of Commerce, Mr Tang Xinhua, and a delegation of influential business people from Hunan Province for the signing of an agreement to further cooperation and bilateral investment between the UK and Hunan on May 31 2013.

Vice Chair of UKCBA member organisation the Hunan Chamber of Commerce (UK), Ms Wu Lili, was also present at the event where she signed a similar agreement with the Hunan delegation. During their UK visit the delegation gained an understanding of investment conditions in the UK which will give impetus to the development of business cooperation between the UK and Hunan Province.

2013年5月31日英国中华总商会在华埠好日子湘菜馆与来自国内的湖南总商会签约了友好合作协议。张劲龙主席，何作军，钟晓频常务副主席及英国湖南商会会长陈谦的代表吴莉莉副会长出席了签约仪式。这次由湖南省委统战部副部长，湖南省工商联党组书记汤新华率领的湖南省总商会赴英考察访问团一行，分别有来自湖南省工商企业知名人士，很多是民营企业的领军人物。他们通过几天考察访问，对英国投资环境有了进一步认识和了解，为中英友好合作发展提供新的推动力。
