Celebratory Biskies
Cutter and Squidge’s iconic sandwiched dessert creation has been given a Chinese make over. The Strawberry Egg Tart Pearl Biskie has a velvety egg custard filling with a strawberry liquid centre pearl, and brings a lucky coin covered in real 24 carat gold, symbolizing happiness, good fortune and fulfilment according to Chinese folklore. The Matcha Black Sesame Biskie has an earthy black sesame filling with a delicious matcha core, and is topped with an impressive real gold rooster, ready to wish luck to 2017!
Whilst the individual Biskies can be sampled at the shop counter from today, boxes with 4 or 8 mixed flavoured units can be pre-ordered.

An exclusive Dream Cake for Chinese New Year, the 8 Treasure is made with 5 scrumptious layers of vanilla sponge and filled with a rich, velvety egg custard inspired by classic Chinese egg tarts. It also has a surprise layer of jam for good luck, and it’s topped with auspicious charms to bring good fortune. The golden roosted in the centre with Happy New Year wishes completes this centre piece of a cake.

A traditional treat of Chinese New Year, Cutter & Squidge’s almond cookies uses all natural ingredients to create the perfect almond flavour and crunch. Shaped as Chinese New Year coins, this classic also symbolizes good fortune and are sold in beautifully decorated bags with the lucky number 8 units.
